I came from humble beginnings and didn't have much of a future planned when I graduated High School. Luckily for me, I married the love of my life, Pam, who has kept me going down the right path ever since our first date.
I have two kids, Jerry Jr. and Sabrina, who never cease to make me proud. My daughter in-law Brooke gave us two wonderful grand-daughters, Jerralyn and Kennedy, who are a tremendous source of happiness for Pam and me.
Thanks for posting the pictures, Jerry. It makes your experience even more real. I am sorry to say that part of me has been imagining folks in town like this movie I saw about folks living in igloos. The only frame of reference I had for what your life was like was that movie. Of course, that doesn't work cause your living in an apartment, working in a school buidling. It's just funny what you fill your mind with when there is nothing there to fill it.
Anyway, I will be using your blog as inspiration for a response post for my ethnographic research class. Even from afar, you are educating folks and feeding imaginations.
